GIRL
EXPLORERS
LEADERSHIP
POSITIONS

There are many ways to Be a Girl Explorer. 

Levels:

 

- Discoverer             Kindergarten

- Brownie,                 1st Grade
- Camper,                  2nd Grade
- Explorer                  3rd Grade
- Adventurer             4th Grade
- Pioneer                   5th Grade

-Woods Woman       6th Grade and above

 

             Girls interested in being a camper will need their parents to fill out the Camper Registration Form, Health Form, Parent Swim Skill Certification and return with payment to the Camp registrar no later than 2 weeks before camp.   If you are filling out your registration on eBiz the Health Form and Parent Swim Skill Certification must be mailed or emailed the Camp Registrar prior to the beginning of camp.  For Early Bird discounts to apply mailing must be postmarked by the Early Bird due date. 

Older girls 7th grade and above can gain leadership experience in several positions in camp.

 

-Camp Program Assistant         Cadettes, Seniors, or Ambassadors

-Counselor in Training                Seniors or Ambassadors

             Girls interested in being a CPA will need their parents to fill out the Camper Registration Form, CPA Application, Health Form, Parent Swim Skill Certification and return with payment to the Camp registrar no later than 1 month before camp.   If you are filling out your registration on eBiz the Health Form and Parent Swim Skill Certification must be mailed or emailed the Camp Registrar prior to the beginning of camp.  For Early Bird discounts to apply mailing must be postmarked by the Early Bird due date.   Girls in these positions will have to have additional training before camp.  Girls interested in being a CIT will need their parents to contact Girl Scout Council prior to camp for training.  Council usually does CIT Training in February and March.  Any girl that has missed the CIT Training is well come to participate as a CPA.  Please contact the Camp Director for details.

If your child has to take prescribed medicine or has to keep an auto-injector for allergies please fill out these forms

**Please note that our First Aider for camp will be keeping all medicine at camp.  Campers can not keep medication with them without First Aider's permission. Please contact the Camp Director if you have any questions.

VOLUNTEERS

          Camps are led by volunteers.  We need your support.  Adult volunteers come in all shapes, sizes, and ages. Moms, dads, grandparents, aunts, uncles, nannies, and adult siblings can be camp volunteers.  Please sign up below and return a registration and health form to the camp registrar prior to camp.  Come and have fun too!

Summer Camp Scholarship Application

            We would like for any girl who wants to attend camp to be able to.  If financial assistance is needed please fill out the below form and return with your registration.  Although scholarships do not pay the full amount for camp it can help alleviate some of the cost to those who need it.
